Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do ask that if you need to make any changes to your reservation to do so 48 hours before. If cancelation is less than 24 hours notice or a no show occurs, the service will be charged in full. If you reschedule reservation 24 hours in advance 50% of reservation will be charged for the inconvenience. If there is an emergency please email and call as I will do my best to accommodate and reschedule.

  • 1 guest is ok, if more is needed please don’t hesitate to ask via email.

  • 5-10 minutes is plenty! When parked and you locate us, please don’t come into suite any earlier than 15 minutes as we might be with previous client.

  • Parking is simple and easy! The destination will take you up a free parking garage. The easiest parking will be on the first floor to your left, there are 2 visitor spots. If those are taken, you will drive all the way up to the roof top (floor 2/3) and park in any visitor parking.

  • If you parked on level 1 of the parking garage, you will simply walk past the mail and locate door 110 straight ahead. Suite N will be located down the hall straight ahead on the left. If you parked on the rooftop, you’ll walk to the main entrance (you’ll see the navy blue canopy roof and take the elevator to your left down to floor 1, or the stairs to your right. Once on the 1st floor, you will enter the door to the right of the stairs or straight ahead past the mail that is titled 110. Continue going straight and you’ll run into my suite “N” on the left hand side.

  • Once you request appointment online, if you are the right candidate appointment will be accepted and it will be smooth sailing!

  • We recommend getting monthly facials and bi-monthly Chemical peels. And of course a customized skin care plan at home is as important.
